The black-tie event paid homage to the UAE and the growth of its sustainable agricultural endeavours, animal husbandry and sea farming. The gourmet menu featured items grown and produced in the UAE.
Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, a renowned international gastronomic society, is dedicated to fine cuisine and promoting and developing gastronomic values with a presence in over 80 countries and over 24,000 members. The concept brings together individuals who appreciate food, fine wine and conversation, meeting regularly.
